You have just formed a special task force to achieve fundamental and sustainable change in your company and its environment. Designed exclusively for your task force, this highly interactive workshop will dramatically accelerate the team-building-process and bring your team straight into high-performance mode.
The workshop starts with a simple goal: the team has the assignment to establish reasonable and efficient operating procedures and interpersonal relationships. The role of the trainers is to guide the team through situations and experiences that maximise conflict and consolidate the team-building-process at the interpersonal level. The team is confronted with carefully developed hypothetical problem-solving scenarios that force it to learn how to make decisions rationally and work together as a team. Before each simulation the trainers provide focused state-of-the-art theoretical background. After the simulations learning is consolidated in specific debriefings and group and individual feedback sessions.
The training consists of a 2.5 day intensive workshop followed by a review-day offered 3 months after the initial workshop. The review day allows the team to gain an outside perspective on their performance and to address specific team-process issues under the guidance of the trainers. The review days' agenda will be prepared in advance on the basis of a carefully targeted diagnosis-questionnaire.
